Cult Recovery
Leaving a high-control group or cult can be disorienting, lonely, and overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Identity Development
When trauma or major life changes are experienced it often impacts core identity and how you feel about yourself. Questioning and/or changing identity can be a source of confusion, discomfort, and even pain. I will work with you to strengthen, identify, and discover your authentic self.
